Minneapolis-based filmmaker and visual storyteller.
Storytelling with purpose.
I’m Jairus “Jay” Davis, a Minneapolis-based filmmaker with more than 15 years of experience creating documentary, commercial and digital stories.
My work spans production, cinematography and postproduction, with collaborations including NFL Films, the University of Minnesota and Boston Children’s Hospital.
Every project starts with understanding the people, purpose and audience behind it. I bring a thoughtful production plan, a collaborative approach and a commitment to the moments that make a story feel human.
From the first conversation to the final edit, the goal is work that informs, connects and moves people.
